Guards with Railguns

Description
Equips guards with Railguns,fresh spawned guards will spawn with it,but the guards that don't have it should be selected (LMB) and right clicked to the armory to equip it,if that doesn't work - sack the guards that don't have it and spawn new guards.

@Blyatmen01 Railguns don't fry, they accelerate a projectile to a high speed using electricity. Kind of a hi-tec catapult.

On the other hand, it's possible to make stuff fly so fast that it will melt because of the air friction and then fry your prisoners =D

now I'm able to fry bad prisoners
