Add's Uesugi Kenshin as an alternate leader for Japan!

Uesugi Kenshin was a warlord during the Sengoku period, who fought various neighbours to try and empower his family, and towards the end of his life was one of the major opponents standing against Oda Nobunaga.

Mod has now been updated for RaF!

Vanilla:
LUA: With Spear or Sword
Gain a Melee Unit every time a Holy Site/Encampment Building is completed, and Encampment Buildings can be bought with Faith. Each Holy Site Building generates +1 Great General Point.

RaF:
LUA: With Spear or Sword
Gain a Melee Unit every time a Holy Site or Encampment building is completed, and Holy Site Buildings provide +1 Great General Point. Great Generals create a Governor Title when recruited.

LUU: Ikko-Ikki
Standalone Unit for Japan when Uesugi Kenshin is the leader. Requires Divine Right. Cannot be trained, but can be purchased with Gold. Can also be acquired through Kenshin's ability, and you receive an Ikko-ikki whenever you activate a Great General. Receives Monk promotions, and generates Great General Points when purchased based on the Faith adjacency bonus of the City's Holy Site.

Agenda: Avatar of Bishamonten
Likes civs with strong gold output that keep their citizens happy. Dislikes those who perform poorly in these areas.
