Surf Shop by Exurbanite

Overview

An all-in-one surfing supplier that has been a favorite of the local beach bum community for over 50 years.

Here's a slice of old school SoCal to further authenticate your beach areas. Asset features a lit signboard perfect for beachfront strips and an empty planter. Although it does adjoin the sidewalk, it is not wall-to-wall by default since I wanted to closely match the dimensions of the real-world inspiration...use the Move It! mod to remedy this.

Based on a former Dewey Weber surfboard shop in Marina Del Rey, CA.

**Note: Does not include a copy of the Beach Boys' greatest hits or a bar of Mr. Zog's.

I plan to, it's just a matter of getting the time to do so...I moved recently and I'm pretty busy with school as of late. I am in the process of refining/updating my published assets, and soon I hope to release new stuff.
