Description
The Furries are a cultural civ at heart. They have a unique building that provides a crazy amount of culture. They have a early unit that can be built on mass, and they have unhappiness reduction.

Leader Ability: 25% worker speed and 50% less unhappiness.

Unit: Only the Furries may build this unit. It has a low combat strength but lots of movement and can be made in just a few turns.

Building: The Convention Centre is a Renaissance-era building unique to the Furries, replacing the Opera House. It increases the city's Culture and Happiness.

the negative sign makes it decrease this mod sucks as it because you get 50 percent more unhappiness not less. if you fix this it then it would be good if not a bit op
