Description
Cleaner and less intrusive voice panels. (Those voice visualizers that pop up bottom right when someone uses voice chat)

Shows colour of team instead of the default ugly green, but still fades to black like normal

Convars:

cleanvoice_enable <0-1> - Enables or disables clean voice panels
cleanvoice_faderate <1-inf> - The speed at which the panels fade (Reccomend not making it 1 or it will never fade)
cleanvoice_margin_right <0-inf> - How much space between the right side of the panels and the screen
cleanvoice_box_gaps <0-inf> - How much space between the panels
