Lye Valley Railway Revisted V1.0

Description
This is the reincarnation of my previous route, the Lye Valley Railway. Currently the line only extends as far as Ashmills, around 1 mile, but I am working to extend it to at least Stroudley before the next version is released.
Improvements include:
Working Signalling (mostly)
Working Quickdrive
New trackrule
Scenery (trees, station buildings, villages etc.)
Easier gradients
