BETA Continuous Focuses Hyper-Expanded

Description
  • This is a beta version of Continuous Focuses Hyper-Expanded where I try to make the events work.
  • I modified the parameters to make events be checked and fired every day for faster testing.
  • Could someone find out why choosing an option that gives a tech, experience bonus or extra technologies doesn't produce the effects that are announces when you put your mouse on it?
  • Don't forget to delete the shadercache (part of the local documents) before every test!
