Empowered Dragons/ A fools hope

Description
For any of you who thought the difficulty of my -Prepare to die edition- was harsh well heres an alternative.

Health and Armor remain the same

Fire breath damage has been decreased along with the aoe of the flames

Frost Breath Damage has also been decreased along with the duration of its slow effects

Tail smash and bite have been nerfed but not as drastically as fire and frost breath.

The damage is what i think to be reasonable. I am willing to buff the dragons a little more if this is too easy.

Still like the last mod. Bring an army of followers, bring your pots, and bring w/e you have in your arsenal. You shall need them.

Dragon fire and frost breath should stagger the target, or knock them over completely. A strafing dragon should send targets flying.

It changes the stats and abilities of all dragons in Vanilla skyrim. So this would conflict. The purpose of this mod is to make all vanilla dragons in skyrim much more difficult but not to the extremes of my hardcore version known as Prepare to die

If I were to download a mod quest that will affect one or more of the dragons in Skyrim like say "Alduin's Kin" or "Return of the World Eater", will this mod properly mesh up with these mods without a problem?
