Dispatch has definitely been worth my money so far (still waiting for episodes 7 and 8). The only issue I have is that the decisions don’t seem to have much impact on the story. I’ve watched others make different dialogue choices, and it often feels like the outcome stays the same, without much real difference.

That’s just my opinion, of course — I’m not saying I’m right or wrong. Still, I really love the game overall and think it’s very well made.

Update: Played episodes 7 & 8, and all I can say is, “I enjoyed every moment.” Absolutely recommend this game, and I hope they make the decisions more impactful if there’s a next season.
