The game used to be pretty fun but it quickly turns into a painful grind. There used to be a ton of movement tech but it slowly over the course of the game's run they all got removed, so grinding actually takes way longer now. (Along with several other player-penalizing changes)

Devs became a lot more quiet and sparce about changes towards this last season, I'm guessing as they prep for full launch. In my opinion, they have made a laundry list of horrible changes, nerfing every character in PvE for the sake of 1 PvP gamemode that most comp players (the ones that hadn't already left) don't even play anymore.

Unfortunately, all of the complaints, time and woes of the people who have been playing since the first season are going to be wasted because the devs have been sitting on a large advertising budget and once the game actually comes out, they're going to use it. Which means a flood of new players will play and be ignorant to all of issues that previously existed. It's clear that the devs want the game to be played in a very specific way, which in my opinion, is not very fun at all. New players will not know what the game used to be and the fate of the game is pretty much up in the air.

Wrapping up, the story is kind of all over the place (I'm somewhat sure that will actually be resolved in full release), there's plenty of game crashing bugs still running around, and there's just not much fin to be had after your first 10-15 hours.
