Hajime Kokonoi (九井ここのい 一はじめ, Kokonoi Hajime?) , or Koko (ココ, Koko?), is a Staff Officer of the Kanto Manji Gang.[5] Prior to his membership in Kanto Manji, he was the 10th Generation Black Dragon Elite Guard Captain[6] and later, a member of the First Division Tokyo Manji Gang.[7] Koko once joined Tenjiku as its Treasurer.[8][9] In the latest timeline, he is a Seventh Division Member of Toman. He is a major antagonist in the Black Dragon and Tenjiku Arcs.
Koko's special skills are standing behind others (he does not like being in the front) and being a big eater.[28]
Koko's hobby is fortune telling with playing cards (Inupi does not trust him).[28]
Koko loves swimming.[28]
Koko does not like ball games because he has bad eyesight.[28]
Koko does not ride motorbikes.[29]

Koko's animal motif is cats as he is greedy, cunning, snarky and aloof with slit pupils and he gets called a cat by Taiju Shiba in the final arc where a panel depicts him with a cat face.
Koko pokes his tongue out whenever he's feeling especially confident.
He also has a tendency to grin smugly.
