Hey, man. As ex-Asuka main, who started serious Tekken with Asuka, I 100% know what you are going through. I chose Asuka to be sort of unique but she felt like slow, her string attacks always feel like losing in 50 50 trade. I was stuck in like orange ranks for years, then I watched Korean Asuka youtuber called "sLine" and then was able to rank up to Blue rank within a few months.
But Asuka as a starting character is not good, because it does not have several universal tekken functions like 1,2 punish or good WS launcher, so later when you try other character, it's hard to adapt. I added you friend because I feel for all the beginner who struggle with Asuka. check out the youtuber sLine, but also try to experience characters like Law, Paul whom I think are designed to teach people about common Tekken system.
