The enemies have pretty unique mechanics and I enjoy the adrenaline of sprinting to the breaker during a power outage with the crying girl.

One thing to watch out for, though, is that some items on your list can also appear as decoration, though the decoration items are usually out of reach. For example, in the medium house, there is a tardis high on a shelf in the kitchen, but it is not the tardis you actually need to collect if it's on your list.
