I've rejected or ignored some requests recently from people who seem thoroughly decent, so I thought I'd clarify my decision making process. I check my activity feed regularly, having only friends feature who share interests helps identify games that might interest me that I didn't know about. However, I have disabled screenshots from the feed as some friends, who I wish to keep, post heaps and this sometimes includes for games I want to play - and I don't want loads of the content revealing ahead of time, tyvm.

What I look for:
+ A shared genre interest. I'm likely to visit your library and check the "games you both own" box.
+ You use English and don't have any bans.
+ You don't have a load of nonsense "spam comments" with ASCII art.
+ You write interesting or valuable reviews, especially for games which interest me.

What will get you declined, or possibly removed if we haven't long-since connected
- You ignore attempted contact. Not exactly friend behaviour, that. Biggest single fail.
- You use your status posts to spam irrelevant-to-interest screenshots, bypassing the no-screenshots filter in the feed. Big no.
- I see next-to-nothing of personal interest in your games library.
- You have regular features such as friends and games hidden from your profile.


- I am here to have fun, not to find a relationship. I am not interested in sharing numbers nor photos, and I am certainly not interested in meeting up.
- I do like to have a chat when available. If you contact me via the friends + chat function, I will respond, and if I am online at the time, I will be quite happy to have a discussion with you.

Due to the dedication and workload of creating a very large story script and learning to draw from scratch, I cannot currently handle proofreading requests in addition to this, with also working full time it is too much. I will alter this text when the situation changes.
