While ARR can be a bit of a slog, by midway though your sucked in to the story as you progress into Heavensward only for your journey to continue through an excellent story mixed with masterful soundtracks to complete the mood. Stormblood comes in, not as strong as Heavensward but still has an important and heartfelt story to tell. Shadowbringers ushers in pure raw emotion and a unique twist to the classic light vs dark themes, masterfully mixing an amazing soundtrack with awesome dungeons and a story that will hit you emotionally. Endwalker completes the current cycle, hitting you with some of the hardest emotions in the game thus far, telling a story of hope even in the bleakest of circumstances, far outpacing previous expansions, Yoshi-P and his team has done it again with a masterful expansion that brings everything together. As of this review I highly recommend Endwalker and FFXIV as a whole with an expansion rating of 9.5/10
