I am heavy weapons guy.

The release of this game was a major let down. The game is in a barely playable state after years of work. However the devs still seem to be working on it, one day it might be fun.

This game had so much potential, but the DLC pay wall for levels and gear was the last straw for me.

I started playing during the Play Test and instantly fell in love with the art direction, enemies, and souls like combat. By the end of the Play Test I racked up 90+ hours and reached the level cap. My only three complaints at the time being:

1. The lack of proper swimming/water mechanics. Instead you walked along the ocean floor with a simple oxygen meter.

2. Some Play Test standard performance issues.

3. Map design issues such as: improperly placed terrain, floating buildings, buggy rock textures, ect.

Even with it's issues it seemed like a solid start to a more impactful feeling MMO. An MMO with more skill and depth thanks to the souls-like combat.

But sadly after years there has been no attempt to fix many of the games glaring issues. With poor quality content, level caps, and gear being put behind a pay wall, I have no hope left for this game.

Shaggy kneed me in the face 27 times, 10/10.

Simply a fun and charming little RPG with a really nice atmosphere, looking forward to the full game.
