For so long, have I been wandering a sea of Indistinct and Ill-inspired delights in pursuit of a singular title. Thus, I have chanced upon this fable and its predecessor.

My time with the previous iteration had been plagued with peril, failure, and ultimately, resignation. It was a harsh experience with its merits I suppose. But it would not prove enough to sate my insatiable hunger for substance. Hope was all but lost until the so-called scholars of The Red Hook graced us with a sequel. At first, rebuffed by many, I too, had dismissed the trifling notion of a sequel that seeks to drastically change the rules of its predecessor. Still ravaged by an insatiably gnawing hunger that defies all reason, I acquiesced and took it upon myself to plumb the depths of this game.

I began in humility and as time wore on, would gain mastery over its inner workings. As my familiarity grew, I came to the gleeful realization that my reluctant divination had guided me to what I had so long pursued. Enlightened by this jubilant revelation, I dismissed the ire of the rabble as decidedly.. unfounded. Finally, inebriated with jubilation, bolstered by experience, and intoxicated by morbid pleasure, I began to feast and gorge myself with the comestible that was this singular fable.. until my appetites could demand no further.

What started as innocuous skepticism and reluctant acquiescence had turned into a display of... cloying degeneracy buttressed by an all-consuming hunger. Now, I sit upon the pile of my own rancid refuse, so to speak. Cackling in smug satisfaction and fattened with satiety as I recall this loathsome yet oddly... satisfying journey.
