In the ocean lies a mystery
The mystery of the octopus
And we’ll have to take a look at history
That involves a wacky platypus

In the dark dwelling of the two friends
Darker than always where no light is seen
But something is not part of these odds and ends
Looked like everything was a crime scene

On the wall was the head of the octopus
Ink like blood spilled all over the dwelling
In sight’s line was no wacky platypus
But in line of sight was a friendship quelling

Not all friendships are happy and fun
