Yes, sometimes Windows are best on CS-GO. Sometimes Linux get more FPS. I do not know why, but I have tried a lot of options and games. I decided to switch to Windows. Actually I have bought a dell Alienware with Windows 11. I think to changer to Fedora, but I do not know, some games do not work well on Linux, like assassin's creed and some have the same FPS.
