Also, the developers are still (after 9 years) working on the game, giving us improvements and better quality.

All in all, the game is absolutely amazing with an awesome community that it has accumulated over the years. Plus, due to the amazing mods that have been made for it, you can have a truly outstanding experience. It's definitely worth playing if you have any interest in space stuff.
