I do not recommend this game to anyone, unless you are willing to invest thousands of hours, hundreds at a minimum.

To progress in game you have to invest research points towards any given vehicle to unlock, then purchase, and then crew the vehicle, then upgrade the vehicle as you play. As you progress the cost for researching and purchasing also increases which is fair, BUT what Gaijin has done is over time steadily reduced both research and silver lions (ingame currency) modifiers across the board while simultaneously raising repair costs and NOT making vehicles less expensive to obtain.

One way to speed up the progress of grinding out tech tree's is buying a premium, and if you purchase a top tier premium its $70 (Not worth it), nothing wrong with providing a players a means of speeding up the progress, except what it does is turn the matchmaker into nothing but premiums at certain battle ratings creating a few issues in game
- 1 death leavers in tank RB
- Statistics on any given vehicles being atrociously low therefore "It must lowered in BR", even if that vehicle in question may be very good, just being used by players with less than 2 minutes in game
- Teaches new players to play as bomb sleds while never learning how to engage enemy players, making them both easy targets for veteran players, but especially just being cannon fodder taking up a player slot
- And my biggest gripe with it Intentionally releasing overpowered premiums on updates, and a sort time later after making a considerably amount of money off of it, increase its BR and nerf it

Battle rating compression continuously gets worse, while only given a stop gap of minor decompression. The higher you go in BR the worse it gets, in the prop tiers is nothing egregious, but from 8.3 up to 12.0 it is heavily felt, with Korean War era aircraft (ex: F-86F-2, MiG-17, Hunter F.1; All 9.0) fighting aircraft such as the A-10, Su-25, A-5C, and Harriers (All 10.0). All of which are capable of firing an IR guided missiles that without any countermeasures cannot be evaded by those fighters let alone the fact that aircraft in those BR ranges carry the Aim-9L/9G, R-60M, or 550 Magic 1, missiles seen at top tier and considered some of the best IR guided missiles in game, namely the 9L and R-60M.
On the flip side, if those 10.0 aircraft face 11.0 fighters it'll be against an F-5E, F-4E, J-7E, Ja-37C, etc. Aircraft that completely outperform them in most if not all categories.

There are several other issues with the game such as: Mid Map AA, Airfield camping, tickets draining without any player interaction, matches given too little time, broken spots in tank battles, CAS in tank battles, reduced spalling, servers being powered by literal hampsters, crafting events.

And Lastly my personal favorite ♥♥♥♥ REAL SHATTER, WHO ASKED FOR IT??
