Only in DND would I ever be able to throw two gnomes at a tower of exploding barrels, a carefully hand picked soundtrack matching every story beat, and the opportunity to have sex with a bear... is what I would say if not for the absolute masterpiece of a game that is Baldur's Gate 3. I didn't ever think that the 5e system could be so fluid, but Larian blows it out of the water giving me full control over nearly anything I can think of, my attire, my romantic interests, my abilities, all the while making the game challenging, but never a grind. It as if I have my own personal DM, without any of the confusion of standard DND. I am absolutely in love with the system they have put in place to make this game possible, and my only gripe is that there isn't more. I think if this game continues to receive updates and maybe in the future even DLC it will continue to be one of my personal favourites forever.
