Went ahead and looked up your account and you didn't get banned ever. Perhaps you were kicked and tried to rejoin a game you were banned from or you're having issues connecting to Ranked. In either case as of this moment you're still not banned. Please contact support about connection issues or join one of the discords and ask for some assistance. Best of luck in your adventures ^^
