literally never knew i enjoyed jrpgs but it turns out if you also make it a dating simulator and a visual novel it just works. 11/10 playing newgame+ right now.

Very fun game, with an amazingly smooth difficulty curve IMO. Difficulty progression kind of feels like Celeste, where you might struggle hard on the earliest levels for a while until something clicks, then the rest of the game is just the right level of challenging and you look back at how easy those first few levels were and can't help but laugh. I still struggle with menu navigation and DLC puzzles, since you can only choose which direction to move via timing and the slightest hesitation in your decision can send you the wrong direction. Overall, an amazing game, with money well spent.
