Verstehe die zum Teil schlechten Reviews nicht. Okay, das Spiel ist nicht perfekt, aber ich hab mich schon deutlich mehr über schlechtere Spiele aufgeregt. Icarus macht richtig Spaß und ist mal wirklich herausfordernd! Ich habe kaum irgendwas gefunden was mich richtig gestört hat und auch keinen gamebreaking Bug oder so. Und selbst wenn es ein Problem gab, hab ich kurz gegoogelt und meistens direkt eine Lösung gefunden oder aber es wurde im nächsten Patch direkt gefixt. Die Entwickler arbeiten wirklich hart daran, dass Icarus gut bleibt und noch besser wird und machen auch regelmäßig Updates und Bugfixes! Wirklich gutes Survival Game! 9/10

First I was really hyped because DbD got a new competitor, so the Devs aren't able to rest on their laurels anymore. But after I played it in Beta I looked forward to EA even more. It is not like DbD at all, the only thing they have in common is the "4v1 asymmetrical horror" category.
As a teen you have to craft weapons to fight the monster. You need to strike the monster with 4 different stigma. You can't outrun the monster so you HAVE to work together with your mates. For that you have a voice chat and even better a really good ping system.
The only thing that is a little bit annoying at the moment is the waiting time for a match. It's better when you queue solo and during the course of the day instead of in the evening with a group of friends. But I am confident that the Devs will work on that faster than DbDs Devs, because they really work together with their community.
Definitely recommended and worth a try because it's FREE TO PLAY!
