Mass Effect! Well how do I even begin this?
I was first introduced to the series through Mass Effect 2. Although I was unable to understand the story properly (since I didn't play Mass Effect 1 before) but I was hooked because of the characters, the world, the missions, etc. It felt so lively, while playing as Shepard for the first time, I really felt as if I am part of that fictional world and teammates or your love interest never felt so genuine in any other game.

Mass Effect 1: I had played this game after playing Mass Effect 2 and didn't really liked the gameplay and tons of bugs. But despite everything the characters, story, dialogues, music, world building was top notch.

Mass Effect 2: It's the first game I had played in the trilogy and till date it is still the best out of the three IMO. The friendship my character had developed with others was really remarkable. Also the love interest I had formed in ME2 felt so genuine. It felt as if the digital fictional woman really cared for my character.

Mass Effect 3: The finale of the series. Gameplay wise this one is the best out of the three, storywise it is also great but the ending, which could've been a lot better than Bioware delivered. Be mindful the ending is not bad, it's just should have been much more and felt rushed.

At the end of the trilogy you will really feel something for your character, your friends and your love interest. This trilogy was something exceptional which I doubt any game could ever beat. And the legendary edition packs all the three games together with improved visuals, bug fixing and all 40 DLCs. Mass Effect 1 is the one most improved and the three games, gameplay is improved a lot along with visuals and other miscellaneous improvements.

The biggest issue with this game is the EA launcher..... it is really awful... wish I could get rid of it. And to launch the game you have to be online.
