A step up for the series. The character creator is the most fun and fluid it has been. Same goes for combat - and while I do strongly prefer tactical combat, DA’s was never good. It always was on the fence between tactical and action rpg and I’m glad they finally picked a side, and one that works for the game at that.

I am not deep enough into the story as of now to accurately judge it.

Voice acting is good for the main cast atleast, some rando NPCs not so much.

Performance is great, which is sadly, surprising for a tripleA release.

I loved the game in early access and I love the released version even more. The game is amazing and has surpassed all my expectations. I'm playing as a bard currently which I had not tried in EA and I have to say, the vicious mockery quotes alone make this GOTY - I killed a demon by calling it a cuck.

Although I'm certain this is not the app's intended purpose, I have found its a great and affordable tool that I can use to organise my DnD campaign without getting lost to all the notes and ideas I vomit on the table. It helps keep everything organized and avoid clutter.

The story, villain, characters and deaths were great as always and fun to experience. However, the new traversal mechanics are very tedious and I'll imagine they will get even worse on replays. The inventory mechanic was a nice addition but I feel like it needed a bit more time in the oven. Overall a decent Dark Pictures game 7/10.

I had to go through an hour plus of an unskippable tutorial just to play.

Pros:
-Tons of classes
-Tons of choices
-Daeran.
-I can be a fox person, but also have fairy wings and shoot rainbows!
-I can also have a pet dragon
-I lost several companions druing the game - and for some reason I really enjoyed crying myself to sleep everytime
-the Developers seem to listen a lot to the community, respond to feedback well and have been very fast on fixing major bugs


Cons:
-Some games just aren't meant for puzzles, a spesific quest in particular almost made me give up on everything near the end.
-There were a couple of minor bugs, but nothing too gamebreaking.
-Crusade mode is boring.
-there is one very spesific main character, that goes from smart, strategic and calculative to irrational, reckless and downright stupid for seemingly no reason? it felt extremely off and I was convienced she was possesed. Turns out? no, just stupid.

Simply a masterpiece. Larian always managed to deliver amazing games.

Elden ring and Stray fans have been reaaaaal quiet since this one came out.
