TLDR:
Do I recommend the game?
I would, if the controls were not this clunky.

So now that the main point is settled let me elaborate. The game is pretty straightforward, everything has one hit point (you included), with some rare scenarios where a boss may have a "shield" of some sort, but it will never be more than two shots (with only one exception of the very very first boss you will face) and you are just you in an empty world with many bosses to kill.
The one hit thing makes the game to feel balanced. That also means that you need to die to gather information about the rotations of the bosses and their weak points. That's cool until you realize how the respawn mechanic works. So the idea is that before every set of bosses you activate your respawn point and your respawn point is about 15 seconds away from the boss, with sometimes the respawn point being further. There is one specific boss that requires you to enter into two rooms, the second one through a ladder, which means you can't run. ♥♥♥♥ that boss, even though he had the most fun rotation of every boss, the time you needed to reset him was tedious and I ended up remembering the most bosses that were close to the respawn point, even if their gimmick wasn't fun at all.

On top of that, you will also find out quite fast that some keys are not reactive all of the time. In my case, that key was x. With x you do a dash roll and if you keep it pressed, you also run. specifically in the last boss before the two main lore bosses, I had a huge issue with my roll, to the point that 1/3 of the fights were a failure because the character wouldn't roll and Gol-Set is a very punishing boss. So I ended up wasting a ton of time on a boss that for some reason would cause one of my keys not to work properly. The only savior of this boss is the respawn point being the closest to a boss room. Genuinely that made it a lot better.

So why do I leave a negative review?
It is a game that has nice bosses that can take you time and repetition, this game can turn into a tilt fuel and on such a game the last thing you want is to die because of technical issues and not your actual fault.

Overall the bosses are nicely put together and everyone has something new to put on the table, the concept of the game is based on something very simple, yet very effective and addicting. The pixel art is nice (nothing amazing, just nice) and the gameplay, when controls work, is fun.
