This game is seriously underrated. Its sequel gets all the praise. Don't get me wrong; Battlefront 2 is amazing too. But people should really play this game, to see where it all started. There are some really cool features in this game that were removed from the sequel, including grenade jumping (turn friendly fire off.), spaceships on planetary battles (well, this game is only planetary battles, but you get my point.) and proning. This game is more polished overall compared to the more rushed Battlefront 2, even actually featuring better lighting. Since it's the first Battlefront, it obviously has some things that are worse than its sequel as well, most notably no space battles and the inability to play as a hero character.

This game is a classic and deserves more attention. Battlefront 2 fans, you should give this one a try as well.
