While not necessarily being realistic, every playthrough of The Isle is a game of patience, focus, thrill and immersion. If you don't already deeply enjoy sitting in one spot and waiting for an hour, than you'll probably have a bad time. But if you'd gladly wait just to be able to enjoy the experience of moving with a herd, or stalking your prey, or being that prey, then this is probably the only game out there that'll give you that fantasy.
