Very confused by a lot of the reviews which seem to be giving mostly praise while offering no real criticism of the game despite so many issues that seem to stare me in the face almost immediately. That being said, I had a rather positive experience as a whole and hope to see the game improve as the second chapter releases.

The gameplay is unfortunately the weakest part of this game, feeling rather clunky and slow but serviceable... up until fighting Midas where it feels as if every flaw comes to the forefront (Though in fairness, it's meant to be difficult. But in this case, it felt difficult for all the wrong reasons). It needs work but I still managed to complete it. Overall, I don't think there's anything *bad* in the game and can see everything improving... though as it is currently, it feels like a chore with not much to it despite looking complex

The story kept me going and characters kept me going and i'm interested in seeing where things go! The art is nice, character dialog feels natural and i'm very excited to see where things will go from here. It really makes me wish there was more to chew on which is a feeling I wanted to feel from the gameplay! 6/10, please keep going!
