I bought this day one because I originally played the fan translation for Ace Attorney Investigations 2 about a decade ago and I want to support Capcom.

Go play it. It's peak!

MultiVersus is a game that can be both enjoyable and incredibly frustrating.

The first thing I noticed when I started playing MultiVersus is how slow it feels (I didn't participate in the beta, so I can't make a direct comparison), but gradually I got used to this.

What I mostly find frustrating is how grindy and riddled it is with microtransactions. the game will often demand that you dedicate hours to grind out an event; sometimes you'll be required to grind out an skin from a previous event or purchase a skin from the shop with premium currency to make the progression more easy.

The balancing is a joke with this game. The game's attack decay barely makes a difference so you're not really discouraged from spamming the same moves to win. (Looking at you, Samurai Jack)

The servers are another major issue. They are unstable and you'll quite often find yourself disconnected from your matches or lagging.

With the introduction of season 2 they finally introduced a ranked mode and it's very clearly half-baked. People starting in Bronze should not be matched up against Platinum ranks through the same MMR system you use for normal quickplay. I'm very surprised that they aren't using something like placement matches for determining your skill level for early ranked matches.

This game has so much potential as a platform fighter but it's bogged down by WB Games shoving live service elements down everyone's throats.

Never before have I wanted to show up to work everyday for a soulless mining corporation, but Deep Rock Galactic makes it an enjoyable experience.

I regret not playing this game sooner. This game is truly a work of art.

I think the Ginso Tree escape will be high on my list of top memorable gaming moments for quite a while.

I love the Scribblenauts series, a big part of my childhood was playing through Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts on the NDS! I 100% those games and did the same with Scribblenauts Unlimited on PC a decade ago.

This game however ain't it. It has problems.

To be quite frank the PC port for this game is just plain bad. I play on 1440p fullscreen and the graphics during gameplay itself looks fine until you open a menu or look at the UI; the text in this game is not scaled properly at higher resolutions and is blurry.
My main issue however is the game crashes often; very often.
I lost count how many times, but just a few examples:

• You'll crash often alt tabbing out of fullscreen if you need to do something else in a different window/monitor.
  
• Need to open the Steam overlay to check something? Good chance that you'll crash.
  
• Creating a cool hero in the Hero Creator? You better hope it doesn't crash! Goodbye all that work!
  
• A few times I made a typo in the notepad. Normally the game gives you suggestions for what you may have meant, but very rarely I just crashed instead.

I completed the main story in 6 hours and got all 40 achievements in 9 hours. Its a fairly short game where the only reason you'll want to continue playing the game is because of the Steam Workshop or to unlock all the costumes (omg I hate the grind). The Heroic Feats feature sounds like a cool concept, until a few hours in and you start seeing the same puzzles being reused with a minor character/object swap. The puzzles in Scribblenauts Unlimited has these beat both in quantity and quality, you'll get very bored with the ones in Unmasked fairly quickly. The game does include plenty of heroes, villains and objects from the DC universe to create, but unfortunately the game's story doesn't utilize many of them except a very select few.

Stick with Scribblenauts Unlimited for your Scribblenauts fix. If you want DC characters there's always the Steam Workshop.

It's only been 3 months and the pre-order bonus is now available for purchase.

Are you kidding me Starbreeze?

Aside from the server issues from the first few weeks and the bugs, the game is lacking in plenty of QOL and features you would expect out of a modern co-op shooter.

Check back in a few months or a year and hopefully they'll have fixed all the issues.

Please get this game. It was an absolute gem back on the NDS and it still very much is now.

Ghost Trick is from the same creator as the Ace Attorney series, Shu Takumi. It has a lovable cast of characters and engaging story that you've come to expect from this writer.

Compared to the Ace Attorney series the game never reached the same level of popularity so I am excited that's it's finally on more platforms now for people to try. Do it for Missile, our favorite top pomeranian.

I have just 100% completed the game and I am truly impressed by how it feels to play Spider-man in this game.
It's fantastic. I'm almost regretful for not originally playing on the PS4 when it first game out.
One of the best things you can do in a open world game is making traversal fun; which this game excels at. You almost never want to use the fast-travel option!
The combat is super fluid since you can dodge out of pretty much every attack and they give you plenty of different tools to approach a fight.
Sony put some good effort in making this a great PC port. It supports raytracing, DLSS, FSR, Widescreen and uncapped fps.

I will definitely look forward to more PC ports in the future from Sony, especially if they ever decide on porting the new Spider-Man game coming out in 2023.

I can draw a giant phallus into the ground, and the game will reward me with rings.

Edit: Finished the main story in 17 hours. Got all achievements in 21 hours.

My final thoughts so far is a recommended. The game does have some of jank with certain mechanics+physics, some questionable design choices, and an anticlimactic ending. I still enjoyed my time with this game as for me the pros outweigh the cons.

The game has some really good characterization; something we have been wanting for a while now. I was a fan of the direction of the music from the vocal rock tracks, to the varied EDM tracks that accompanied the Cyberspace tracks; I was even pleasantly surprised about the choice of using lofi music for the fishing minigame!
