This game stands very strongly on its way of creating an impressively atmospheric experience where the dangerous, sad and sometimes terrifying reality casts a shadow on the generally very dark and well portrayed world of fantasy.
This videogame's storyline is strong, straightforward and feels compelling. The aspect of gameplay certainly feels rather outdated but managable. Graphics are not bad for the fact the game is quite old. The choice of tracks for the game is spot on. In general, it is a game worth recommending, especially for those who plan on delving into the Witcher franchise.

I am quite a fan of all Spellforce installments but this particular DLC left me largely unimpressed and not striving for more. It feels bland and rushed out. A shame.

Detroit: Become Human is a game that will play on your emotions more than once. It tackles difficult themes and thus forces you to make tough decisions. Every dialogue here is possibly a completely different ending. The musical setting and voice acting have been perfectly played and matched to specific situations. No interactive movie-like game has ever left me so impressed and emotional.

Games of this kind have been given a real gem which is worth recommending to everyone.

Coming back in thoughts to this game every now and then after years proves that Witcher 3 is an impactful and beautifully polished masterpiece. A must have for players who seek fun on multiple layers in a video game.

Vermintide 2 is a first-person cooperative game set in the Warhammer universe, specifically within the campaign called The End Times, which tells the story of an apocalypse plaguing the universe: the united forces of Chaos and the Skaven, rat-men, have brought the civilized provinces to ruin. You embody one of five unlikely, random heroes and, along with three other players, undertake tasks aimed at delaying and thwarting the invasion. Together, you are somewhat like fantasy commandos, an immoral Fellowship of the Ring.

The gameplay follows the cooperative scheme established years ago by Valve in their well-renowned Left4Dead franchise; Fatshark expands it primarily through individual hero abilities. You traverse large and quite extensive, yet linear levels with your team, completing simple tasks along the way. Most often, these tasks require reaching a certain location, sometimes pressing a button, other times holding a position. The missions are hindered by hordes of enemies - during one task, you literally mow down hundreds of cannon fodder - along with occasional, stronger enemies with special abilities. They are directed by artificial intelligence, adjusting the challenges to the players' progress. So, hordes rush you when you linger, and stronger enemies appear when the team is doing a bit too well.

In general, I'd say it's a much better left4dead that doesn't really forgive any mistakes at higher difficulties while at the same time not being unfair or lazy about it. You really need to acquire some skill and it shows and you feel like each failure was your mistake. Graphics and music are great and the feeling of the weapons is really nice too. Axes, swords, maces, daggers - everyone will find something for themselves here. There are also bows, shotguns, or even rotary cannons, although most of the time we spend fighting in close combat. However, the available weapons are partially determined by the choice of the hero, and there are five characters in total. Worth playing for everyone who enjoyed games like Left4dead, I can assure you.
