Pick up this game!

Well worth the price and had more fun with this indie than most AAA games.
The pixelated artstyle is beautiful and I'd find myself just looking at the zone due to how filled it is with life.
The combat is on point with the ability to go with different builds for people like me who love to find new ways of playing the same stuff. Go Sniper, Machinegun, low health high dps melee, blocking madman, special spammer, status inflicter or even full TANK mode. It gets all the MMORPG juice's flowing and you don't have to deal with the BS of real MMO people. Its got its quirks and a whole lot of charm to it.

The story is a bit all over the place but it does deliver and is a story. In addition to the DLC which gives fans like myself the epilogue that we love to see in RPG's. The characters are very distinct and hold interesting dialogue bits. The main character you play as LEA is an adorable bean and must be protected.

Just two very picky things to note is that on console you cant use a dodge special when in mid air due to the button configuration (may apply to PC version). In addition to the artstyle giving off the effect of objects seeming on the same height when it is actually higher and closer to the camera.

This game is SUPER speedrun friendly and even has speedrun challenges. Speaking of which, there's tones of side quests to help you deal with the big stuff if you struggle (like myself) and each one is completely different from the rest. Filled to the brim with references. Hidden codes for funzies. MAN LEA IS BEST BOI.

Difficulty can get HARD. Mega hard. but 100% possible. You can turn the difficulty is you please or ramp it up in newgame plus.

It is available on consoles too (although PC master race is better). And for the price? ABSOLUTELY. Get this product, even if it isnt on sale. Its a bargin.
