Come hither children and hear my story. Of battle long since passed and some yet to be fought.

Chivalry is an interesting game. While it isn't perfect by my standards, far from it in fact, it isn't as god-awful as people say. The game is extremely competitive, highly rage inducing, and ultimately? Stupidly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun! It doesn't matter how many times I rage or get pissed off because of something stupid. I keep coming back because it is simply so fun to play.

The goal in this game is to find that one game where you do amazing and have incredible fun. The problem is that it's so incredibly rare to find. You have to wade through countless hours of pain and torment to find it. But when you do! Oh when you do! You feel amazing. It makes up for all those hours of pain and anger in an instant.

While people say Dragging is an exploit I can say right now it is not. Real-Time Swing Manipulation was planned and intended. The way people use them was unexpected to be sure but not unintended. While I may dislike certain tricks and playstyles. Specifically players who crutch their entire playstyle on Reverse Swings or Backswings as I call them. (I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ despise them.) I myself occasionally use them which I hate myself for but I understand their use and how they work. Which helps me to counter it too.

You WILL become frustrated with this game. Once you leave those 1-15 servers you will enter hell. A hell which most of us endured before the low rank servers were made. However we survived and thrived off of this. We were thrown straight into the fire, we didn't get a nice cozy pan to test ourselves in. We had to get stomped over and over again before we were able to stomp ourselves. This game has a steep learning curve but that's good. Because it makes you earn that skill. You don't get to jump in and kickass no matter how much you practice with bots or how many tutorials and tips videos you watch. Ultimately your dedication and your perserverance will determine how far you make it in this game.

There is probably more I could say but to be honest you should be finding these things out yourself. Don't join in expecting to get 1st on your team right off the bat. But don't go in, get stomped by a more experienced player, then immediately quit. If you do there is nobody to blame but yourself for giving up because you didn't have it in you to get back up. I say get this game (on a sale!) and play it and have fun! But learn from my mistakes. Bring friends. This game is to be played with friends. Solo isn't the way to go. Now get in there start sprinting and mash that C button!
