What I find interesting about all of Dragon Age is now with Veilguard how completely different all the DA games look and feel at this point. I'm a decent amount into the game and the combat is fun, but not hard, taking down lvl 38 bosses at 16 was quite easy, granted playing on Normal (Adventurer). It runs well too ( my system is 64gb ram, 1TB SSD, with a Nvidia 3090) can't push things to ULTRA and I keep ray tracing off, but looks good. The largest downfall, the writing. There are times that it lands well, but most the time it's very cringe. It feels as if you are being lectured to (the player) rather than an interaction between your role play character and their teammate. I hope EA takes this away, or at least their writers, and learns from it before the next DA/Mass Effect.
