The First Descendant made by a Korean company that LISTEN to its community. Other companies all across the globe should learn from them...

Peos:
+ 1st ever publisher I have seen, who increase the other areas drop rate rather than nerf, if an OP farm place is revealed. This way everyone, everywhere can have ~almost the same drop rate so do not have to run over and over again the same missions for farming so you can enjoy the game and have the ~same income
+ Have a large world map. This map contains 10+ regions. Each regions contain 4-6 maps. So its world is huuuuuuge
+ Except the skins, everything can be unlocked by crafting, without spending a cent on the game
+ So money spending is just for speed up your progress (buying boosters, unlock hero characters (Descendats), module points increase etc...
+ Tons of loot drops both from mobs and from the mission reward pool
+ Well designed crafting system
+ "Infinite" replay ability
* Great variety of characters with unique skillset
* Breath breaking graphic

* Regions are locked behind Main story progress and (it would not be a big deal BUT) to unlock them you have to beat the region related boss. (At a point I was stucked and purely depended on getting a strong team "RNG")

Core gameplay info

* Descendants have "Simple" and "Ultimate versions". The differences are : There are Modules that can be used only by the Ultimate Descendants, also while the "Simple" Descendants come with 2 the "Ultimates" come with 4 socketed module slots by default
* Both your Descendant and weapons have Module slots (10 slots with ?40? points limit).
With Catalyst you can increase the points by 20 for Descendant and by 30 for the GIVEN weapon.
* Received modules (from both mob and mission loot) can be lvl-d up to make it stronger in exchange it takes mode module points to equip
+ Once your Descendant or your weapon "proficiency" ON THE GIVEN weapon is reached lvl 40 (max), you can do a lvl reset (with Crystallized idk what.) so the lvl set back to 1 AND you can assign socket type for 1 module slot. (You can repeat it any times you want, also 1 module slot can have multiple socket typed assigned BUT only 1 of them could be used at once for that slot). This way if the type matches the equipped module''s type then the module requires less points to be equipped
* Descendants can be bought for real money or they can be crafted (Ultimate versions as well)
* Missions can be done on the regions' maps by interact with mission beacons all across the map
* Missions restarts are fast and easy (can be restarted on mission result screen ~2 sec, or moving back to the beacon and interact it again)
*. Only boss fights and raids have loading screen on map restart. On the regions' maps the mission starts immediately without any extra loading screen.
* Descendants have grappling hooks that add extra fun to the game


Comparison to other games that """"they copied""""

Warframe: I ran a couple of maps lately and... Maybe the module system is copied, but nothing else

Destiny: Plss help me... really do not know what did they copy from it... In the Descendant the UI is clear and easy to follow, not as messy as in Destiny . Paid contents are NOT deleted here ~so far~ (like Bungie love to do it. See the 2023 Legacy Edition).


In my opinion the 1st Descendant is a MUST try.
