That's not even with high settings, and running 1080 native res.
If you were to make a rig with the minimum recommended stats I am completely sure that it would not run a reasonable resolution at a playable framerate and it would definitely have many second long lockups and many minute long loading times.
I recommend that everyone goes to the game's store page and reports the product as broken using the little flag button. Steam gives the following reason as a viable reason for doing this "does not run correctly on the minimum recommended specs".
That sounds exactly like DayZ to me.
