This game should be free to be honest. The first thing you see is ingame content you can purchase. It looks like a flashgame from 2002 and requires you to make an account. I played the game for some time before it was released on Steam and it was fun, but the price, even on sale, isn't justified.
Play it on the browser if you're interested. It was free the last time I checked.

It is free, on browser. The steam version is the same games just with a bunch of perks. This version, when bought, is pretty much just a way to get extra goodies in the game, while helping out the developers. You really didn't have to buy it on here. Like you said the browser version is free.
