LE: after 20 hours I can say for sure that the UI still needs work as it's really confusing on what can be build where and who owns that particular building.
For example I had to ask for help online to understand why there are 2 Medium Storage buildings that can take steel but you need to make sure you build the one attached in the same family as the warehouse first in order to activate that as a resource in your city.. even though they have the same icon and name.
