Maybe because of Turok 2 Seeds of Evil Remastered, because when first time I installed Turok 2 Remastered, this game had this (0xc000007b) error. I reinstalled the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64), and After tath Turok 2 Seeds of Evil Remastere was worked. Now today it's turned out Borderlands 2 have (0xc000007b) error.
