To all the people getting discouraged about the game's brutality, let me tell you that it's manageable.
The game punishes mistakes HARD, losing 1 minion because of a missplay can mean the difference between winning or losing that battle and unlike slay the spire or monster train you can't exit the fight and reenter to restart the encounter, it saves where you got.

But there are many fun strategies and from the start with your leader and companion you can already plan a certain one.

I think it's lots of fun and i hope to see DLC for this game. Although adding cards is dangerous because it can clog the card pool therefore making certain cards less likely to appear, i would def like to see:

- more clans
- more unlocks
- custom game modes (for example making your own challenge run for others with a custom tailored end encounter)

Ever wanted to play a roguelike deckbuilder, but with a story? And why not make it an RPG? Also make it a horror. Maybe even involve real life segments? And top it off with puzzling and secrets!

You did an amazing job, i only have 1 request for the DLC: could you make boss items easier to achieve?
For now the only way is from teleporter events with a boss, not a horde, and the chance is only 15%.

Adding a boss item soup cauldron in the bazaar between times could help (trading for example 2 lunar items for a boss item or something).
Adding an artifact that aids in this or putting it in the sacrifice pool as a rare drop from the corresponding bosses could be a nice touch. (plz add more artifacts)

That would be my only request (and more artifacts i guess).

I love the game and its gameplay, i think it has lots going for it and keeps growing.
EDIT: this was normaly a negative review, but i didn't got the errors anymore and i wouldn't want to bash on a game that is honestly very well made with seemingly caring developers.

BUT everytime a room loads, if you tab out of the game or sometimes (although this is a very slim chance) on its own the game crashes, but not just crashes, it can ♥♥♥♥ up things running on your pc. Youtube only showing the video and everything else being blacked out, other apps having the same issue of being blacked out partialy or entirely making it a drag to navigate through your pc but the worst was one time where my entire screen blacked out and i had to forcefully quit my pc (alt tabbing, opening task manager, escaping, going into sleep mode, all those options failed then).

Never have i experience crashes like this with games so far and i would've given it a positive review if it crashed from time to time but just instantly closes the game in response, but this and the toll it can demand on my pc is too much. I'd like better crash support from the game and a better response to getting stuck, starting with the game terminating itself easier in such occassions instead of straining my other applications.

The save system is solid though, i can just hop in from where i left off if it happens, that's fine.
