Steam has also nuked the ability of a customer to even challenge deceptive behaviour from some of these 'indie' cowboy devs who cut and run, the entire 2 hour limit etc often does not give enough time to find some of the more game breaking bugs, or you buy an EA game that often takes years to release only to find come 1.0 the product you receive is either an entirely different product or left unfinished as was the case with 'star trek infinite'and that in my mind is simply criminal.
