It worked fine, from what I can see, you have two graphic cards, intel HD 4600 (I assume its built in) and GTX 960. You are probably having issues because conan is trying to use HD4600 instead of GTX 960.
Try disabling HD4600 or figuring a way on how to force conan to use GTX960 instead of built in card.
