One of the greatest games ever designed, but unfortunately it also has one of the most toxic player communities. The game itself is endlessly replayable with a huge number of heroes to choose from and dynamic game play allowing for different strategies. There is a steep learning curve, but for the player dedicated to the game it offers rewarding gameplay based on their skill level. Matchmaking is a major problem, as often teams are poorly balanced. One game can be a complete whitewash and the next can be a mighty tussle. The reporting system is also terrible, with little fairness. Most games proceed with little communication except toxic bullying, often from before the game even commences. A player can easily get reported simply for not meeting unrealistic expectations, or if they respond to the inevitable goading. Some bans are probably fair, but often it works in favour of the toxic players, who troll around getting other players banned. It would actually be better not to have any reporting system at all. So, if you can put up with rude and abusive gamers, frequently mismatched teams and regular demotions to the low priority pool then the game is otherwise awesome. It's probably a lot better if you can play with your own team, but for gamers who join public teams, the experience is not that great.

You've played close to 14,000 hours but you don't know how to play, idiot.
