It's a nice little mix between Dwarf Fortress and Spore, laid back game, I'd enjoy it more if the other civilizations were more expansive honestly. More challenge maybe? I think both, the planet cracker and the quests themselves glitched for me. Colonized five planets and I'm basically just, expanding more at this point. Got it on sale, would recommend that in this case to switch things up over a weekend. That sort of game.

The DLC makes it an incredible experience but the base game had me hooked enough originally to get it. That said I recommend playing with both, wishlist it if anything, very good game.

It's early access so there will be issues, I have many clips, that in mind the concept is still observable in the current version. I've really enjoyed the game so far and don't mind recommending it now, for those interested in the concept specifically. The full release will be more enjoyable for those wondering just what this is.

This game is perfect for winding down. Build a ridiculous dude, go out and kill a bunch of monsters, potentially ascend and then read a neat little lore section if you make it to the end. Big fan, like the updates.

I am biased, I love this game. Played it a ton as a kid and mastered arcane and fire because I was a poor ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I am overjoyed as a result to be able to play with all the spells now.

Before the new books were added necromancer, earth, and in some cases water were the real troublemakers. I see the issues with the new books but I think part of the issue is theyre still new. The more you play with your own preferred spells the more creative you become with them. It's winnable eventually.

The space book is lovely too. I like the changes and find it impressive how true to the original it's remained. The UI is a little dull and you can glaze over some buttons, like the prestige button to get the new books after about three hours of play. Hint hint.

Nice updates

I actually got this game a while back and wanted to play it because I enjoy platformers and I found the style interesting. Unironically stopped playing because the story lost me very early on. It kept begging for attention while being boring and getting in the way of the actual game. Now I see why.

The game is the same game I paid for at launch, and I like the new things.

It is Super Earth, however, not Super Select Countries. If the PSN drama is truly over this should be fixed.

Update, it's not over.

The updates make this an easy recommendation, the Ogryn gets a literal rock. If you angle it right it can ricochet and hit multiple trash mobs/gunner folks, little guys - generally completely useless but I think it's a neat detail. There's more stuff too but that stands out.

Everything there is to say has already been said. I finished the game on my first character and it was simply incredible. I will probably play this game for years to come.
