This game is a great game.

Dragon Age: Origins has for a long time been my top #1 game to play. Despite spending over a grand total of 5 years of playing the campaign over and over, knowing every little thing about the game. I still enjoy going back to the game to have another go at it.

This game was released back in 2009, the graphics are not has good as today's game but are just fun to look at sometimes but also cause for this reason the game has not aged well at all over the years. This game can lead to none stop crashing in certain areas and I tried everything I could to stop that to no avail. Maybe one day someone in the modding community will make a mod that fixes this issue or at least make the game age better than it has been.

The modding community is a good on. You can always find a cool mod that you like or just god tier mod that pretty much makes you a god among men but for truth this game is perfectly fine without mods and is always replayable since you can always have a different play style to every game when you select to be male/female, Mage, archer, duelist, and so on.

The DLCs you can buy in this are Good or decent. The Soldier's peak DLC adds a new place to explore but all you really get out of it is an armor set that is pretty much weaker than a normal heavy armor set. Shale's DLC only adds an Companion but Shale is a great companion to have around and is worth it in the end. Leliana's Song is a ok DLC, not the best out there but its a meh. Darkspawn Chronicles is pretty much the ending of the game with the final battle but you play as the Darkspawn and fight to good guys. an interesting twist but doesn't add to much and doesn't go for that long at all. Witches hunt is a interesting DLC. I really can't place it anywhere so I give it a 50/50. Not the best but also not the worst out there. prefere it over Leliana's Song. The Final DLC and the all time best DLC for this is Awakening. This is basically a whole other game with a few hours of story and new and some old companions. By far the best DLC added on to Dragon Age.

I would always recommend this game to everyone that I know. Even if it hasn't aged well at all it is still an amazing game to play that will always keep me coming back to it (unlike inquisition). I just hope one day the community will find a way to fix its problems where it hasn't aged well or just help it hold out a little longer so it doesn't age that bad.

9.5/10 (-0.5 cause of if not aging well)
