I am confused by the negative comments and upset over this DLC. They mostly say one of 3 things A. Overpriced/Not enough content for the price B. They locked my content behind a paywall (or some version of that) C. I want it split like Thrones of Decay.

A. Overpriced/Not enough content for the price. Well, how much content is there? 3 new lords with 3 new sets of very different mechanics, also each one has its own intro video, and they all have additional storyline mechanics or adventure or units or items or buildings or something else even more than the base of the new lord's new mechanics. They also have new units and new upgrades to units and new regiments of renown units, and new items and new ancillaries, new quests even. Also new heroes with their own unique traits and skills. Even a whole new Lore of magic. That is a GRIP of new content. I honestly can’t even determine what more a person would want. Like 5 lords with all that stuff for the price? I am so confused since it is literally near-expansion-level content. Do you want all that for $20? People don’t give the feedback just the complaint. I am BLOWN away by the amount of complaints without request or communication for what they would have wanted.

Let's break it down for hours right a 40 hour game is like $15-$30 (depending). If you played all 3 lords from start to win you will have well over 60 hours of game time and could easily have more then over 100 hours of gameplay from the DLC ALONE. So $25 for 60 hours of gameplay seems utterly reasonable to me.

You have to even own the previous games for some content like DUH. They have been using this model for the WHOLE time. You can’t go to Starbucks and be like well today I am going to complain that the extra syrup costs money “like what gives they like can’t put my syrup like behind a paywall like OMG unreal”


C. I want it split like Thrones of Decay. HELLO do the math. Thrones of Decay are $8.99 each for a total of $26.97 vs $24.99. So your complaint is you wish to be able to spend more money but pick which lord you want…. Mmmmmkkkkkay.

Love the DLC can’t find a complaint about the price. Added tons and tons and tons of content. Keep up the good work and I will keep buying! Thank you.
