I know it's becoming a little boring to hear, but SCS did it again.
With the amazing Greece DLC SCS really nailed it.

It's the long relaxing freeways with fantastic views and small narrow roads where your driving skills are tested. It's the new Greece with fancy buildings of glass and steel, and it's the old Greece with all the monuments and old buildings. It is the beach'es, the small and big harbours, the ferries, the bridges and the astonishing landscape.
It's the modern car dealers and the small souvenir shops.

And once again SCS raised the level of details in the map.
I visited south europe several times on vacation and to me, they really captured the atmosphere so much I wanna go back and visit.
Luckily I got the map now and I will enjoy every minute of it, when it's dark and cold up here in northern europe during winter.
I highly recommend the Greece DLC.
Greece is all that Iberia never was.

Among the games I played, this is a lot like Raft; a good looting game with well balanced progression and supported by a small story to spice it all up and help you with game play hints.
A solid game (v. 1.0) with almost no errors to distract you from a super experience.
Keep saying to myself: slow down and enjoy the voyage - but it's hard :-)

Early Access Review
Played for 24 hours and have reached level 25.
This game I will rate as AA (Annoying Addictive).
Apart from some smaller bugs and issue's, it's actually running pretty smooth with an overall good balance in progression through levels.
It's a one developer game that has been out for half a year, and taking into account it is in early access, you actually get a good little mini game with a lot of potential for new features.
I've paid 13 Euro for the game - around 50 cent pr hour of entertainment.
Now the hard part will be waiting patiently for all the new features to come, but it is a nice little game to get back to in between the other simulation games I play.

Played for 10 hours now and tried all trams (2) and lines (3) and allmost any weather/season (5/5) and the challenges in the vanilla game. Challenges are fun but buggy sadly.
This is a true simulator and I spend 4 hours trying to start the two trams - in-cab help is fine, the help in the menu is not up-to-date! You can choose to skip the startup of trams in the advanced section.
Love the feeling when driving the trams and the sounds are above standard.
Try this game if it's on sale (like I did) AND if you have much patience - it's NOT an arcade game!
Would like to see more lines in the basic game, but guess that's not gonna happen.

I've now played through the game in single player. It's a well written story and the implementation is super. Not once did I get stuck in the map and I love all the water scenery.
The balance between what you need to build to move on with the story is nice. I used the "peacefully" mode which means you won't be attacked by animals unless you attack them or they are a part the story on a level where you have to fight them to move on. I really can recommend this mode if you don't wanna kill for no reason and just enjoy the story.
The building stuff is actually very easy when you first understand the concepts. Though I must recommend Official Raft wiki[raft.fandom.com] where you got a lot of useful information.

I can highly recommend this game if you like water, building stuff, open world, first person, looting stuff in a game with an impressive story line. And with 83 hours of good entertainment it's good "stuff for the money".

I really look forward to Raft 2.

After +2200 hours in FS19 and +700 in FS22, it's only natural for me to compare the two games.

I've only played on PC, but one of the new things was the cross platform feature. I hear it's been a succes to some, but it has for sure also slowed down the releasing of new versions and patching of FS22. That's a shame.

On the technical side FS22 got this texture streaming which really did a lot to the FPS. Performance is so much better now. Giants never did the multicore CPU programming (still runs on one core), but I guess it caused to many problems compared to the gain of doing it. Landscaping is so much easier and the sounds got a really impressive overhaul with the FMOD - trees falling and the rain on the ceiling in the tractor is so nice. The mod support is the same, but that is still working good as far as I know. One could wish for faster approval of mods, but Giants is keeping up a good pace with a handfull of mods coming out every day.
The ingame interface got a really nice update, with new colours and graphic. We still need some grouping and being able to minimize/fold stuff in the menus.

On the feaure side, Productions and Seasons made it into the game. That's mostly good, except for the slower pace of patching and new features in productions. On the positive side, modders now has extensions for the productions out (Production Revamp etc) that adds on nice things like priorities and buying of input.
The AI has been updated so it can drive from A to B and do simple tasks, I usually find it buggy and primarily use it for field work. The AI really needs an overhaul. It's one of the areas that needs attention from Giants.

I bought the 1 year season pass, but up till now it's only been new vehicles in the first 3 DLC's so I really look forward to the last DLC with the new logging map. It could turn around my opinion from mostly negative to positive on the DLC stuff.

The one thing that really keeps this game alive is the big modding community. We heard on FarmCon22 that Giants will improve their cooperation with the community and I really hope they will open up their API and documentation of the core interface to make it easier for modders, but also more stabil mods, where modders don't have to guess how the core is working.

All in all, I will give FS22 7 out of 10 plows. It's not perfect, but it's a nice game with a lot of value for the money, and I believe Giants is on the right track bringing us more nice stuff in the future.

Super fun and cute racing game in a toonish arcade style.
Lots of different cars (even a truck) to race with.
Pitstops, qualifying lap, mini tournaments, cross platform MP or play up to 4 players in private session.
AI with 5 levels, time trials, ranking lists and Top Gear DLC.
Easy to learn, but hard to master.
Simply love it.

First of all, I like the new digital mirrors. There is a little bug with some flickering on the top of the front mirror, but I'm sure it will get fixed some time soon. The new mirrors really gives a better view of the road infront of the truck.

I will like to be able to turn off the individual mirrors in the F4 menu where you can adjust them. When driving at night they simply are too bright, especially the front mirror that shows the trucks own light. Normal mirrors are black at night by nature. I would love to have a button where I could toggle between a day-/night-mode from my steering wheel turning on/off pre-selected mirrors.

Regarding the dashboard I've not been able to find the "fuel left in km"-meter or the "fuel left in liter"-meter. Only thing I see is a "fuel left in %"-meter.
The cruise control meter only shows up when you have activated the cruise control. It would be nice to see what speed is currently stored BEFORE you activate it. I sometimes get speed tickets in the cities because I can't remember I set the cruise control to 80 km/h and before I know it my truck accelerated beyond the 50 km/h limit. Also an extra step with +- 10 km/h would be nice but that's a more general feature and has nothing to do with this awesome DAF XG/XG+ truck.

There is not much to customize especially on the front of this truck. The points for customizing is there, but there often is only one item to choose from. I hope this is an indication of more items to come in a later update - maybe even a DLC like we got on the other trucks. Also there is only 4x2 to choose from and in the release stream it was mentioned that other combinations was to come later.

So far I will give this truck 7/10 stars.

I like the freeways and the new harbours and logistics areas. And yet again SCS has surpassed themselves and created a nice map with lots of funny small details in high polygon resolution.

What I really miss are more county roads between cities, like the N-roads (N-322 and N430) and some small narrow mountain roads (dirt and asphalt). Promods had some nice ones on there spain-map.
It's simply getting too monotonous to only drive the freeways (and by now I've done them all).

Also it would be nice to have some more harbours on the west and south-coast with ferry-connections.

I would really like to see more of that in the Iberia map in the future.

I will give this map a 8/10 stars.
