Morrowind was the first game I got for Xbox I did a lot of research on which game to get with the Xbox since I was only getting one game with the console. Morrowind seemed to be the best for replayability and I was right! I'm glad I took the time to get this all those years ago and to be able to play Morrowind now is great! Is Morrowind perfect? No, but it does so much with what it has. The freedom with creating your own spells is still the best today! Far more options then Oblivion and Skyrim. Want to enchant a pair of pants that allow you to fly and shoot fireballs that have a 50ft explosion radius? You can do that! Want to summon an army of monsters to mess up any fool who even looks at you wrong? Morrowind has ya back! Want to run at an enemy with a deadric daikatana held out to your side then cut through them as you run past like samurai/ninja master? Hai! Morrowind is yo sensei.

All the different factions to join and take part in. Every NPC isn't immortal so if you don't know any better and go on a killing spree you can really mess up your game progression but that's the fun! Morrowind allows you to make those mistakes and live with'em. Bottom point is I really enjoy playing Morrowind. The only real downside is when you start off you move really slow and if you don't know about the stat system and such you could take forever killing something since your missing almost every attack. Yeah you have a chance to miss attacks! Every swing, jab or chop isn't a given hit and this also plays into NPCs so you can really mess them up too! The graphics aren't anything to write home about but I also think that's part of the charm Morrowind has to offer. Even insulting NPCs until they can't take it anymore and take the first swing at you is endless fun! Give Morrowind a try if you never played it.
